Do you really only work with one agent per city?

Yes! We bring the absolute best value to our agents, giving them the highest competitive edge in their city. It’s important that our clients don’t feel like we’re giving away their secrets. And the agents in our network of clients are able to support one-another through referrals and tips without taking business away from each other!

I'm a busy realtor—how much time will this cost me?

We work with some busy agents. Some of our clients are pushing over 20 deals per month. So we want to make sure we're not adding to their pile of work unnecessarily.

Our realtors generally spend between 30 to 60 minutes with us per week. We're able to take away ~40 hours of effort from that.

How much does this cost?

Real estate can be a rollercoaster. So we’ve kept it simple:

  • $4,995 start-up fee to get everything set up.
  • 8% on the first $250K in GCI
  • 5% on the next $500K in GCI
  • Once you hit $750K in GCI, you never pay more than $45,000 per year—no matter how much you make.

That means if you make $750K or $2M, your total cost stays capped at $45,000/year—the cost of 1 full-time employee.

No hidden fees. No surprises. Just a pricing structure that works in your favour, even if you have a slow month. We’re with you, through fire and storm.

Am I a good fit for Type Two Fun?

What exactly do you do for me?

In a nutshell: everything. Imagine you need a simple marketing task done to create your email signature. We’ll do it. No more asking assistants to do your marketing for you. They don’t want to, and you usually end up hating it but going with it anyway. Let the experts take it all off your plate. If you're looking for specifics, here’s a not-totally-comprehensive list:

Nope. Ad spend is separate.


You keep control of the budget, and we’ll help you make it count. We’ll work with you to nail down the perfect amount and pick the best platforms to get the biggest bang for your buck. Every dollar working as hard as you do.

If it doesn’t work out, what will happen to everything we built together?

If you decide to part ways with us, rest assured that all the digital assets we've created together—your custom website, content, and any creative materials—remain yours. We believe in building value for our clients that lasts beyond our partnership. Upon the conclusion of our relationship, we'll provide you with all the necessary files and access credentials you need to take full control of your website, social media profiles, and any other digital assets we've developed for you. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, allowing you to continue your marketing efforts seamlessly.

You work remotely. How do we communicate?

Wonderful question. We’ll be in touch regularly with you basically every day, as if we’re a member of your team. We use Slack as our main method of communication. We hope you’ll think of Slack as your “marketing channel.” On top of daily Slack comms, we’ll have regular Zoom meetings (1st month = weekly, 2nd month = bi-weekly, 3rd month and on = monthly). For sharing files, we find that Google Drive works best.
